My name is Criselda Brooks and I'm the owner of CJ's Landscape Design. Horticulture has fascinated me as far back as I can remember. As a child, I spent my free time tending to my small bean garden. Even though I always loved plants and being surrounded by nature, I wanted to make a difference in the lives of others.
The process starts with a discussion about your vision for your yard. We can then design your outdoor space so that it's aesthetically pleasing and fits your lifestyle. We offer all types of landscaping services, but our specialty is in mixing non-native and native plants to create a landscape that meets your maintenance needs and fits the ecology of our area.

CJ's Landscape is the epitome of professionalism and customer service. She and every person on her crew take pride in their work and want to make sure that the customer is satisfied. We have used their service 3 times for different projects and will continue to call on them first if we need landscaping. Our landscaping was 20 years old and really looking its age. Cris & team installed a gravel walkway for us with stepping stones, which we absolutely love. She was very patient with us while we decided what it was we actually wanted done, a decision that would not have been possible without her knowledge/experience and design simulations. She was willing to meet with us as many times as it took to finalize the design, and then made herself available after the work was complete until we were completely satisfied with the end result. Cris and her team are AMAZING!! We had her design and redo the very sad landscaping we had in our front yard. We were very impressed with how professional and detail oriented she is through the whole process. Her team that did the work were hard working, polite and did great work including clean up. Communication with Cris was top notch throughout the whole process. Everything was started and completed within the timeline promised. We are so happy with the job done we've already hired her to repair and stain our back patio. Could not possibly be happier!

We reached out to CJ's Landscaping & Design regarding a small project in our backyard. Although the size of the project was small, it involved several elements such as concrete, landscaping and irrigation work. Criselda was quick to respond and set up a time to come over and take a look. She was understanding, thorough, and quickly provided a quote. After much thought about our budget and our needs we ultimately ended up changing our vision on her! We highly recommend CJ's Landscape + Design. After promptly responding to our initial inquiry, Cris met us only a day or two later to discuss our wishes and walk our property. Within a couple more days, she turned around drafts of several project designs, three of which ultimately transformed our backyard from "blah" to a place we love to spend time in. Quick and easy! I needed a hot tub pad (concrete) poured and CJs did an amazing job. Cris came out and we discussed the positioning, size, and process. She was very on the scope of work and had it done within about a week. The guys put up the forms and made sure I was okay with the placement. It looks perfect and I'm very happy with it!

I just had Cris install a playscape area in my backyard. She was very polite and professional, gave me a bid in a timely manner, and her crew came out exactly when she said they would.
