Copperstate is by far the best mover we have ever used (twice this year - 2021), and we have moved alot over 50 years. Crystal, the co-owner, was very fair and professional as well as responsive. Her crews were always on time, efficient and courtious. They were very careful with our things and cleaned up behind themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Unprofessional and unreliable, very poor customer service. I had to help them load and unload truck due to the movers playing around and sitting on their phone, even though I had already moved most of my items to one room for them hoping they could easily load it up. Mark proceeded to call me after leaving a bad review and told me my move was… “bogus” and told me to “shove my one star review up my a**”. That is not how you speak to customers. I’ve been nothing but respectful to them even though my experience using their service was horrid.. Mind boggling experience

Our cross-town packing and moving process in March 2021 was mishandled from start to finish, and it was never finished. It took >10 hours and us the rest of the next day to move a three bedroom house <10 miles.
The initial quote was reasonable, but it was not honored and and we incurred costs of $5,000 in damaged furniture, which were never reimbursed, not to mention what we paid a friend to finish moving our stuff and install beds correctly, repair damages etc. We never even got a clear response from the company after numerous inquiries with itemized cost lists.
