Team showed up to my residence in a timely fashion previously we didn’t know if everything would fit but they managed to fit it safely and we’ll wrapped , I have a considerably large home they brought three workers who managed to get it all done in a timely fashion, they were all extremely professional and courteous, my move was from Arizona to California My belongings were all delivered to a storage where I throughly went through everything to make sure nothing was broken or gone through . And I did not find anything wrong with my belongings. I would definitely use move on again and thanks

Don't use this company! They raise the price at the last minute. They lose and damage belongings. My dining room table was destroyed along with my recliner, hutch, entertainment center, china, and TV. They lost my computer, monitor, bedroom TV and some kitchen items. I could have just hired people off the street to help me move and used a uhaul and I would have been better off.

This company took 16 weeks--thats 112 days, to deliver my belongings from California to Minnesota. Customer service constantly lied to us, telling us our things were on our way, then something would happen that would delay it again and again, from July 14th to November 3rd--we waited in an empty house. They made an already extremely stressful experience even more anxiety inducing. We were gas-lit and treated very rudely. No semblance of compassion what so ever. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. My move was picked up late with absolutely no notice. I was told my delivery would occur one week after pickup. My items proceeded to sit in storage for THREE MONTHS with no way to contact/little communication for company. When my delivery finally arrived, the driver dumped everything on the side of the road when I had paid to have it delivered inside of unit and staged. Many items of furniture were missing, TV completely shattered, dishes destroyed, received items that were not mine. When I contacted customer service, got an oh well not our problem don't know what

They were not clear up front about how long it would take to deliver my load. I was initially led to believe that it would be 1-2 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks from the pick up date and I just learned that it will be another 4-5 weeks!! Worst experience ever. I could have driven a U-Haul back and forth across the country twice in less time and for less money. And the thing is, if I'd just known how long up front I could have done some things differently and it wouldn't have been so bad. But it's how misleading they are that is so infuriating. If you use them, just plan ahead for a 7-week wait

These people deserve a negative score for customer service. I haven't received my furniture yet (and given the previous reviews, I'm really worried about my belongings). Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company. Also, do not use International Van Lines. IVL farmed out my move to MoveOn. These are terrible, unscrupulous people.

Took it upon themselves to repackage and consolidate some of my boxes. Ruined a quilt that my great-grandmother had made as a wedding gift for me 30 years ago by removing it from the vacuum sealed bag it was in and stuffing it in another box, along with a lot of arts and crafts items that snagged it an tore it. Shipped 100 individual items...received 86. Items were missing, boxes were crushed, items inside some destroyed. They even managed to crush some heavy duty CDX boxes because they set heavier items on top of them, even though they had stickers on them that said "FRAGILE". I do NOT recommend

I have scheduled a move from California to North Carolina through this company. The furniture was picked up on 6/18/2021. The first available delivery date is given as 6/20/2021. Initially the broker and truck driver assured that the delivery will take 7-21 days. Today Aug 12th, it has been 56 days and no date has been provided for delivery.

Long distance move. Northern isn’t really a moving company, they’re just middlemen who contract it to a 3rd party company. We got Moveon Moving (BBB rating 2.7 out of 5) - a company who showed up with the full liability protection crossed off even though the federal law requires them to offer it. Incredibly deceptive consultants - they will low ball your estimate to get you through the door. Our consultant Dean refused to do an in-person tour or even a video tour. They put the onus on you to report every single item you have, so they can claim ignorance and raise your price at the last minute

Terrible, terrible experience with this company when I moved cross country. I should have guessed the way this would end up when the driver showed up smelling like weed. It took them over two months for them to finally ship my stuff. In the meantime, my elderly mom and I were camping out in my new house during that time. They did not properly wrap a poster-size print and the glass broke. Three pieces of furniture also arrived damaged. When I filed the claim, all I received was $48 for all the damage (6 months after the beginning of this nightmare). Customer service was not the most responsive either

I was offered $300 by an "independent" arbiter not to post this review, but I felt an obligation to inform people that this company is one step away from being a scam. This company breached our contract multiple times throughout the moving process, starting with Day 1 and ending with a late delivery including 8 damaged items. The staff is led by a woman named Michelle who doesn't respond to you, and the drivers are unreliable, lie, and pretend not to speak any English to avoid taking responsibility for issues during the move.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I originally hired a broker (unknown to me) to handle my out of state move. My original move date was THREE days prior to the close of my home. Originally confirmed pick up date was Monday. That came and went and was scheduled for Tuesday with arrival from 8-10. This came and went. I heard nothing from move on movers. I had to call them to figure out what happened. I was then told they would be there "sometime in the afternoon" this came and went. Again ZERO communication. Then at 8:30 pm two guys show up in plain clothes looking like they are

Absolutely deplorable, despicable, and vile company. They scam clients. Screwed my elderly inlaws during an interstate move. These movers loaded them up held there stuff hostage for over 3 months. When they finally delivered the stuff half their stuff was broken, brand new beds worth $3k missing. Then they decided to basically give up delivering their items and dump the rest of it on their front lawn. Oh and driver showed up with his 2 young kids to help unload the truck I guess. These guys need to be shutdown

My dad was moving from California to Florida to take care of my grandma. First they rescheduled pick up three times, costing extra days rent. Then they took over a month to actually deliver our items, we were calling every few days to follow up and they began screening calls.
FINALLY after 30 days my dad received his “items”. Destroyed! Vandalized! Robbed! And there were other peoples items mixed into our boxes.

We initially hired Western Van Lines and then were subcontracted to MoveON Moving. I wasn't aware of this until my items were being picked up. If I had time to read reviews I would have never let them take my items to begin with.
When booking service they made it seem like based on miles needing to travel our delivery would be within 2 weeks, doable. Our items were delivered at about 6 weeks after we moved.

They showed up in a mask. When they were finished I walked into the house to find my TV and a glider swing still there. Chased them down the highway to have them turn around and come back. They picked it up and left. Two of my six dinning room chairs were still upstairs.
I called to let them know I was ready from them to bring my belongings, two months later I finally got them. I'd have given them no stars except then I would not have been allowed to write a review.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 0 STARS - I STILL haven't received agreed upon payment for all the damages in over 2 YEARS. I jused them for my relocation from Los Angeles to Dallas. My belongings took 30 days to be delivered, my TV was stolen and my stuff was damaged. Please do not use them. This was my experience.

Do not trust this company with your personal belongings.
I think my photos say it all, but here are the facts:
- at pick-up, they said that the cost would be $2500 more than what was quoted
- he hadn't weighed the truck so there was no way to get an accurate weight of our belongings
- at drop off, they were late and the lead mover was lazy and disrespectful to the other mover helping him, giving him commands like a dog
- several items were damaged
- they unloaded 5 dining room chairs and I said ones missing, they had to rummage through other peoples stuff on the truck to pull it out from under

This sounds like a echo of 90+ other posts on here, but this company is horrible. MoveOn Movers lost, damaged, and destroyed our belongings. They also delivered our stuff almost a month late... and I suspect the roach problem we had after unpacking in our new home was somehow related to this company (though no solid proof on that). We do NOT recommend using them!!!

SCAM!!! I was quoted one rate over the phone. Then they call 6 days prior to pick up to re-go over the item list, they had a whole month to do this. 7 days prior is the cut off for a full refund by the way. Well after going over the list some how theres another $300 tacked on. On the day of pick up the driver tries to get me to not pay the weight estimate but a cubic foot estimate. I say ok thinking they would measure, NOPE. I point it out and I'm told "well we already started." one box had been loaded and if I cancel I'm out $700. They cram your stuff in and stack so much on top that the stuff

I contracted with a broker for a move from San Diego, CA to Cleveland, OH. He scheduled me with MoveOn Moving for my packers. I have moved with professional movers five times, once cross-country, the other 4 local. Vincent (team lead) and Sergio were fantastic. I was looking for people to wrap my furniture, TVs and some items too big for my packing boxes. I had packed everything else that was going.
