Sal came yesterday and when we returned we were delighted by the job he'd done. Our carpets were way past due, but we feel like they have a little more life in them now.
He showed up right on time, quoted a very reasonable charge and is a great guy on too of it all.
It's a bit of work to prepare for the cleaning, which is why it's been so long, but we're going to more regular going forward and Sal is the man for the job!

Biosteam is a great company. We had a carpet emergency and they acomodated us perfectly. On time, friendly, efficient and most of all Sal, the owner and the only employee of his business did a great job and our carpets were left clean and fresh. He even left a fan to use to help dry the carpets.
We'll definitely use BioSteam again when the need arises and highly recommend their service.

Sal is just so great! He did our carpets last August and emailed me about coming back but I was too sick to do it. Although he is here today and actually had me move a few more things so he could clean better, amazing! I would recommend him to everyone! And the carpets are dry almost immediately. Luv him.

Just had our carpets done today and I am impressed! With two dogs (one elderly pup with occasional accidents), and a messy 10yr our carpets were in tough shape. Sal was highly recommended and with good reason. He was accommodating with scheduling, friendly, and went above and beyond (did our stairs, even though we made no mention of including them). Pricing was very reasonable and we will definitely be using sal/biosteam in the future and be recommending him to friends and family! Very happy with the customer service, and quality of work :)

When I asked for recommendations on someone to hire to clean my carpets, everyone pointed me to Sal at Biosteam! I have new, white carpets that had been devastated by contractors when I renovated my bathrooms earlier this year. And, I have a new baby in the house that is just starting to crawl, so a non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning process is important to me. Sal just left, and the carpets look brand new again! Not only is he great at what he does, but Sal is an overall great guy, and he is honest and helpful. I highly recommend him!

I can't recommend Biosteam highly enough. Sal, the owner, just left my house and my carpets looking spotless. He also cleaned the upholstery on a few antique chairs that I have, and they have never looked better. The best part is that he doesn't use harsh chemicals. He was extremely courteous, friendly, and honest. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him. He is the owner and operator, and so that provides an extra level of assurance that he's doing a good job. Hire him. You won't be sorry.

I have used lots of carpets cleaners and pretty much expect them to be late, nope, he said 11:30 and he was here at 11:30! Super personable, we went through the house, I pointed out the places that needed attention and he was on it, explained the process and what to do after he left (heat on, fans, windows open).
He will have a long and successful career if he continues to business in this manner, totally impressed with how clean my carpets are and the integrity of this company.
You will not be disappointed!

I bought a Groupon and was excited to have my carpet cleaned, but my experience with the owner left a bad impression. I know the rules of Groupon are "no changes;" however, emergencies arise and exceptions can be made IF the business owner is willing. The owner of Biosteam was unwilling to accommodate my emergency as I unfortunately had to undergo an unexpected surgery.
