Dave replaced our furnace and added air conditioning to our house in Novato. He also moved it all into the attic, allowing us to use the old heater closet for storage. Finally, he installed all new ducting. Our new system heats and cools our house rapidly and much more efficiently than our old system.

Dave was awesome. Answered his phone at 4:30 on a Friday that was triple digits. Showed within 30 minutes even though he was slammed and they close at 5. He walked me through what he was doing and why? He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. What a lifesaver! I would easily recommend him.

Our original air conditioning unit just gave out after 25 years and we needed to replace it. Luckily, we were referred to Dave and Raven, and we could not have been happier with the workmanship. Dave gave us a few options and had the installation quickly completed. After the installation, we asked Dave to come back to check one thing that we had a question on with the new system. He is fair and a really nice guy. We highly recommend Dave and Raven!

A friend recommended Raven for air conditioner installation. I got estimates from Raven and three other AC contractors and could not find anyone to beat their price. Dave (the owner) and his crew installed the system quickly and efficiently and with a great attitude. Dave was on hand throughout to answer all questions and make it a smooth experience that went without a hiccup. We have had a few days now to enjoy relief from the afternoon Novato heat and can report we are happy with the system.

Dave provided me with a truly "Best of" experience from the first time I called. Not only did they answer the phone, but quickly set the wheels in motion to get my questions answered and visit my house because I questioned what another local HVAC company told me -- the other guys said "Oh yea, you need to replace the whole system." I don't know
a lot about how A/C works, but the explanation given was deficient and did not make sense. So, I asked my neighbor who grew up in Marin if he knew anyone. Sure enough, Dave figured out what the other company missed. It was a $100

Our house has southwest facing windows and when it's above 80 degrees outside for a few days, the house just starts to bake. Three different HVAC contractors agreed there was no way to install whole-house air, but I really wanted the office and master bedroom to be comfortable with as little visible indoor equipment as possible. Dave Nance at Raven came up with an innovative approach using a mini-split a.c. that really minimized the change to my interior while providing the cooling I wanted. Furthermore, he and his crew were the epitome of professionalism - courteous, neat and efficient

Dave is the man. I'm not a big writer of reviews but this is necessary. My AC went out a few years ago, we had it looked at by two different companies that will remain unnamed, and they both said that I'd have to get a whole new unit. Bids from both companies were a lot more than we ever anticipated and as a result we decided to just table it. For the past few years we've gotten by without it; luckily the house is well insulated. With last summer being the hottest on record (not an alternative fact) it was a bit unpleasant and we knew that this year we'd have to bite the bullet

We had Raven Heating & Air install a split unit system in our garage office/spare room. The owner Dave was very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely fashion with no issues. The price was great as well. I didn't feel like he was trying to hard sell us. When we remodel our house we plan to call Raven and have them install our new heating/air system.
