The Zach Building Co. was founded in 1947 by my grandfather. My father and his brothers built homes in the Milwaukee area until my grandfather's passing. Today, the third generation of Zachs is the principals in the business; my brother Matt and I have been running it for 12 years. Our objective is to keep the family-business mentality intact.
This spacious contemporary-styled split ranch has a finished lower level and so much more. The Malibu model has been created to capture those who have an eye for clean straight lines and a taste for a more modern look. Custom features are from top to bottom in this house. Windows, the wall system, HVAC, cabinets, millwork, etc. are all well past standard of the industry.

Our family broke ground in late April, 2013, with Zach Building Co., moving into our new home in November of the same year.
We've waited to write a review until we'd lived in the house a couple of years - to let the newness and wow factors wear off. The house is now truly 'lived-in', two young kids running around, mom and dad coming and going, and a small dog.
