Services
Randy Kendrick is a Founder of XBC and has served as its CEO since its inception in 1990. As CEO of XBC, Mr. Kendrick is responsible for the company's development and provides the strategic vision for the firm as it continues to move forward and evolve. Through this program he interned with Oxford Properties, where he became familiar with industrial development opportunities in the Central Market of Los Angeles.
At Xebec Building Company, Inc., we focus on building client satisfaction and long term relationships. Our client service starts with quality personnel and clear lines of communication. That's why we provide a single point of contact at our director level throughout the project. Project managers are team leaders and run each project as their own business plan with day to day responsibility for decision-making.
XBC routinely works with the A&E team during the pre-construction period of a project to bring creative and practical construction input to generate the best quality project for the dollar spent by our clients. This process is revisited during the early construction document phase to ensure the concepts are carried through to the "permit ready" plans.
Creating buildings from the ground up is an exciting and rewarding business and we take pride in delivering quality work built in a dependable and safe environment. In association with Safety Compliance Company, Inc., XBC developed a customized Safety Program that guides all of our work. Our program meets and often exceeds those standards set by compliance and regulatory boards.
