This afternoon, at about 1:00 pm, a man attempted to enter one of the garage units I rent at Saxony Storage, N 115 W16055 Saxony Village Boulevard, Germantown, Wi, 53022, while I was in the garage, working on one of my cars. I have two garage spaces, the first rental began December 2018, the second a couple of months ago. During the past three years I have never seen any maintenance man, performing the reported “inspections”, on any occasion for any reason. I objected to the above

I would highly recommend Saxony for your storage needs. The units are extremely clean, well-lit, and spacious. The property is located towards the end of a subdivision and I live in the adjacent apartments - the area is very safe. Easy in and out for wide trucks/trailers, everything is new and functional.

We were in a pinch to rent a storage unit as we had just moved back to Wisconsin from out of state and we found Saxony storage to not only have brand new units available, but also at the cheapest price! Safe quiet neighborhood and easy access to all units. Our belongings stayed dry and out of harm's way and we would definitely use them again for any future storage needs.

The units are brand new, built less than a year ago. The road into the units is nice and wide providing plenty of space for a moving truck, plus it gets plowed during the winter! Different sized units. Good safe area with no worries about break ins. Reasonable prices with great customer service! Bring your own lock or get an automatic garage door opener for your unit, for a separate fee. Sorry this post has turned into a novel or an advertisement but I believe that if a business or product exceeds your expectations, they deserve the accolades. My wife and I are extremely satisfied!

By far the best storage unit I have ever rented. Brand new and as clean as they come. The surrounding area is safe and the property doesn’t “feel” like a storage facility. This is a NOT a rusty, tin building that is typical in the world of storage. They provide little extras that the other facilities in the area don’t. Highly recommend.
