I had 1.5 months overlap between having to be out of my current house before I could be into my new place. Most self storage places were full on such short notice, but Joe responded to my inquiry right away and had plenty of availability for what size unit I wanted. He wrote up a contract and it got me my individualized key pad entry code for the secure facility right away. When it came time to move out, he was flexible with timing and pro rated the rent fairly. Also, my full security deposit was refunded quickly. I would definitely recommend Richfield Self Storage to anyone looking for flexible

I had a project car, plus some other items at this facility for a little under two years. First-rate!! Area is secure, well lit, and phone calls with questions were always returned in a timely manner. When we no longer needed the unit...closing out the unit/account was extremely easy. Professional all the way around. Highly recommend Richfield Storage.
