Rob and his team always go above and beyond! From the initial visit with Rob and his design of my landscaping (came out better than I ever imagined!!) to the crew that does our regular mowing - nothing but OUTSTANDING service! Lindsay in the office has always been extremely helpful and helps me with all my questions. Thanks for helping me with the online bill payment too!

This is a dishonest business that I would avoid. I normally mow my own lawn, but will have it mown for me on occasion if I am out of town for an extended period of time. Grass Assassins would charge me $40 to mow and would generally do a good job. The last time I had them mow they arrived almost two weeks after I asked them to, and the grass was longer than it should have been. The job they did was extremely sloppy and required my to go over it with a rake after they were finished; I've attached a photo of this. I later got a bill for $95; almost 2.5x the usual rate (I live on 0.20 acres, for what

The driver of one of their trucks in my neighborhood behind bubble cake in Christiansburg drives wreckless (wayyy too fast, does not stop at the stop signs), parks in people's yards who aren't customers, throws their trash everywhere on our roads, and harasses the locals by flipping them off when they pass by (because the driver of the grass assassins truck sometimes parks in the middle of the road in traffic) and cursing/yelling at them. I may file a better business Bureau complaint as well as the driver of the grass assassins truck is out of control
