Very professional and honest I called multiple companies around the NRV and no one would even look at my yard . My mower broke and my grass was really tall so I needed someone to do a one time mow and no one helped. I called all pro lawn and he was nice to me over the phone and said if he had time he would swing by and take a look. He showed up when he said he might and explained to me what I needed to do before he could mow it because of how tall it was and he didn’t have to show me what to do but he did because he is a nice kind guy and everyone else didn’t care or share any advice and that

I wouldn’t work with anyone else other than Ed. I moved into a house a few years ago and Ed was the first person to promptly get back to me. He was willing to start cutting my lawn the same day. He went the extra mile every single time my lawn was mowed. He is without a doubt the best lawn care professional in the New River Valley.

Ed and his team are absolutely wonderful. I am a student and they took care of our yard for us while we were away for the summer. They were able to work us in last minute, have reasonable prices, and helped us figure out a reasonable time frame for having the grass cut to keep up with the summer rain while staying within our budget. We came back to find the lawn looking healthy and beautiful as ever. They were quick and efficient with responses to any questions we had too. Highly recommend!

I was sitting at the gas station ordering lunch on my phone for not even 2 minutes, when the owner comes over to my car and asks me if I have pumped my gas yet. I apologetically said no, and told him that I was about to start. He then proceeded to inform me that "he has a business to run here." All of the gas pumps were open, so I'm not really sure why he absolutely needed to use the pump that I was using. I have not gotten any yard work done by this company, but first impressions do matter, and I can say that I will never be calling this company.
