Horrible lack of communication. My mother called for 2 days requesting service and did not receive a call back. Called to follow up and was informed a tech would be at her house at 8:45am but requested numerous times that the tech call before arrival. At 10 am she had not received ANY call for the 8:45 appointment. She called again to see the status of the tech and we're told the work order had been to handed over to the tech at 8am.
