Horrible lack of communication. My mother called for 2 days requesting service and did not receive a call back. Called to follow up and was informed a tech would be at her house at 8:45am but requested numerous times that the tech call before arrival. At 10 am she had not received ANY call for the 8:45 appointment. She called again to see the status of the tech and we're told the work order had been to handed over to the tech at 8am. They informed her the tech would call or text her. After not hearing back once again they stated that the tech arrived at 8 and left which did not make since if the
