Premium Moving

This is the second time Premium moved our belongings. They were on time, worked efficiently, exhibited care in handling our furnishings, and worked with a good attitude. I credit Jason, the lead member of the team, to organize and run the operation. I can’t say enough good things about Jason and Premium Movers.

Judy the owner came to do an estimate for our move. She is really nice. I'll know Monday what the cost will be.

My wife and I sold our home to our youngest son and downsized to a townhouse on June 21, 2021. We were recommended to Premium Moving by my sister-in-law who used their service to move to St. James, NC. We previously used them to move to Raleigh, NC in 2016 but on our return when Covid hit we used our five sons. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! Then when we sold our home it was a no brainer - Premium Moving Inc!!! So now that brings us to Ron and his crew! Ron came out to give us an estimate and I felt it was a good price for a professional move. Beats 5 Sons and A Truck!!! Worked here for while and ended up getting injured on their job site because of faulty equipment. The movers I worked with are great people but the owners not so much. They will fire you while on workers comp due to their negligence.

Terrible. I called and scheduled help with unpacking... ALL CONFIRMED. Two days later they called and and said they did not have crew available a week out. However, they did say could reschedule for over 30 days out. What a joke. Stay away from these clowns.!!!

Always has been a 5 star experience whether it was our whole house move or helping move heavy furniture upstairs or downstairs. Very good customer service and careful. Highly recommend them!

Premium Moving did an excellent job with our move from N.C. to FL. Jason and his crew packed up all the breakables and more in our 4-bedroom home as well as wrapped furniture for storage. The whole process was organized and efficient. A couple of days later Jason and Rick arrived at the storage unit and in about four hours the two of them had the truck unloaded and everything packed well into the units. The weight even came in under estimate. We were very happy at how well everything went from the time we first received an estimate to the final item being unloaded and stored. Just a great job.

This was our first out-of-state move. We were SUPER impressed. We had everything packed and ready to go, but they took the time to shrink wrap everything to ensure a smooth move. Charles and the crew were extremely professional, communicating during the entire process. The price was well below our expectations- they should charge more! We can’t say enough good things about our experience. Well done!!!

I have moved 4 times in 5 years? I was so dreading this last move BUT boy was I surprised by the professionalism and caring of my furniture.

I would highly recommend this company. They came in under budget because they were on time and moved quickly.

The movers broke my desk into pieces including the legs. They didn't report it and when I did they were nice on the phone then in text messages were very rude and lied repeatedly. When I asked her name and if she was the owner several times she would not give it to me. I have never had a business be so disrespectful. We paid over $800 to have them move us less than 15 miles away. Not even a "sorry."

Well I had to move some material from N Myrtle Beach ,SC to Atlanta, GA. Called Premium Moving, once again , and they were as great as they were the last time .

These guys were fabulous, funny and considerate! On time and Bill's estimate for the job was way more than actual. They're fast !!!
Two guys joined the three assigned to our full truck move from 2 storage units to my new home and shazaam! Done in a poof.
So happy with them, we tipped each of the 5 guys a $50 and still didn't get up to Bills estimate!
Had it in the budget, so didn't hurt to be generous.
Highly recommend them - the entertainment comes free. Lol
