Had some water damage in the kitchen and laundry room from the washing machine flooding. They came out and removed the kitchen floors and inspected the walls. Ty was awesome and kept us informed about what they were doing and explaining the process. The team was very respectful of the property and other appliances that needed to be moved. They would call before showing up and showed up on time.

These are terrible people, they manipulate & use their "employees". They used me for 6+ years. I helped make them alot of money and when I asked for the hand shake deal, that we had for years, to be put in writing they tried to use my personal life against me. The whole time they said they were my friends and family they plotted to push me out. I'd like to speak to their attorney ASAP.

In doing a bathroom renovation after 30+ years we discovered what we thought was a mold issue. We called Sage Restoration and they sent Jalen out to verify our findings the same day, that is a tremendous response! Jalen identified our problem and scheduled one of his crews to come a few days later. When Andrew and Peair came they immediately went to work to remediate the problem. They were also very courteous.
They made quick work of the problem and left the area spotless. They arrived 15 minutes early, took less time than estimated, made sure there was a margin of nothing being affected around

If you want help with clean out, do not bother calling. I needed trash removal and cleanout of boxes, old clothes, etc. from basement. They charged $75 to assess and then wanted $120/hour to basically breakdown boxes and carry things out to a dumpster that would cost an additional $400. The fee was assessed daily so if it only took a day, I was still to pay for 2 full days. THEN... they would determine any additional cost to clean the floors and walls (concrete). There was no water damage ... just junk in a 25’ x 30’ basement. I asked if it could be reassessed and no one responded. Maybe OK

Thanks and kudos to Josh and Peair for an incredible job today! They are both very polite, personable, professional, and thorough. They arrived 20 minutes early and immediately went to work. They were good listeners and they satisfied and explained any concerns I had regarding the tear-out of water damaged sheetrock and wood.
