C.W. Haren, Sr. (known as "Pappy") planned to work in the family banking after his college graduation in 1931. Due to the Great Depression, banking jobs were in short supply. HL Restoration is a great company. I've, unfortunately, experienced a couple of water losses in the not-too-distant past, most recently last week. We had a main sewer back-up affecting a third of our finished basement. They arrived 90 minutes after I hung up the phone . . . on a Sunday! Went to work immediately and was back four days in a row exactly when they said they would be there. Cleaned up and hauled out everything contaminated. They did everything they said they would and more!

They did storm damage restoration on my house. Communication was terrible. They cut corners and quality of work was very poor. About a month after painting my porch, previous color is coming through. There was no prep work done - just a single layer of hastily applied cover. Gutter screws are visibly poking though. They left a mess behind. I asked them to remove unused paint and they stuck it in my garage. Paint was dripped on walls, cabinets, and floors. Constantly finding roofing nails in my yard and driveway. Downspouts look crumpled and ragged at seams. Wallpaper applied first time had bubbles

It's like nothing ever happened! The area where we had severe water damage and rotting wood and flaking paint is absolutely perfect now. These guys matched the existing baseboards and trim and paint colors to a tee. Also found some areas where future water penetration could have occurred and fixed those too. When there was a need to add some exterior work to the job, they emailed me a detailed explanation and photos and the cost and then waited for my approval before starting the work. No surprises! And, since the work was done while we were out of town, every day I received photos and updates

Definitely call HarenLaughlin Restoration if you have any storm or water damages! During the storms a few months ago, our sump pump failed late on a Saturday night. They were at our house when we called them first thing Sunday morning and saved our basement (and our bank account) while making our home even better than before it flooded!

The guys I am working with on the restoration of my house could not be more accomodating and helpful. They are the most sincere, helpful guys I could ask for in helping me take care of my house after major storm damage. I highly recommend them. They even work directly with my insurance company, taking a lot of pressure off of me. I am very thankful I called them in a time of need!
