Communication with the company to schedule the service was excellent from the first request I submitted online and including the day before and off the service. The technicians were friendly, however they were did not meet all of our expectations for an outside installation of a tv, as we wanted the power extension cord from the TV (outside mounting) to the plug to be hidden from view and using a weatherproof extension cord. They did their best, but the cord is not entirely hidden and due to the size of the weatherproof extension cord end plug, they used a regular extension cord. They also put

Jose and Alex were absolute pros. They did great jobs with zero mess in our brand new home. I’d have them back anytime. I initially tried to get a competitor here to hang my TVs. But the competitor was ore expensive and would only hang new in box TV sets. Not artesoft— they will hang your new or old tv, in or out of box. And do it for a fair price. Thanks guys-

Great! They were so quick and so professional! They asked for my opinion about how to place the TV, and they did it perfectly. My install was pretty easy. I didn’t have any cords to worry about besides the TV cord. They were much more affordable than any other TV installer in the DMV area. I HIGHLY recommend using them!

They kept me informed through the process and were able to overcome a few unexpected obstacles. Artesoft quoted me a price to install a sound bar below my TV. I accepted. When they came to do the installation, they asked for more money. Since they (installers) were already at my house, I accepted. They did the work. A couple of months later the wiring which was supposed to be concealed, was hanging below the TV. I called and they came to fix the issue. The wiring came back down again 3 days later. I called again and the response I got from Artesoft was that the warranty on the work has expired. The total time elapsed since they did the original work was less than 6 months. In my experience

So these guys are amazing. We are super satisfied with our tv mount and how it's just opened up our living room even more. We find ourselves spending more time there now haha. *FULL DISCLOSURE* we initially scheduled a tv mount setup thru another brand name local provider AND last minute no show but they did call hours later to say they'd come two days later. This was not acceptable as we had family coming over for an extended stay the next evening.
