Very pleased with the high quality work by Chiko's Handyman. They did tub/shower area renovation, ceiling work and dryer vent placement to connect hose. They are helpful, knowledgeable and have excellent pricing. Made recommendations on mold/mildew prevention and used quality products. I've used Chicko's service in the past for front door adjustment, and is now very well aligned, replaced materials so door's secured, lowered my energy bill.

Asked a few questions to get professional opinions and mitigation plans, but the representative answered my questions with contempt and treated my questions as if they were the biggest jokes. I recently started a new position with my employer that required me to have an office space. Unfortunately, I didn't already have an available office space within my home. I decided to convert part of my finished basement into a designated office. I found Chiko's Handyman online and scheduled an estimate the following week.
On the day of the walk though/estimate, Chiko was punctual, respectful, friendly and thorough. He was also very honest and knowledgeable. We decided to move forward with him, and he was able to schedule us in almost immediately. He had some other projects going on

Chikos Handyman replaced our basement bathroom ceiling. The job was done quickly and professionally. Not only did they repair our low leaky ceiling, they were also able to raise it up and fix the framing. Two thumbs up!! Highly recommend.

The ceiling in our garage collapsed due to a lack of proper ventilation in our attic and the hot temperatures. We called Chiko after finding his number on google and he was able to come out that night to look at the ceiling. He came out on Wednesday night and then by Friday morning two of his employees were here to do the work. It took them 4 days to take down the old drywall and insulation in the garage, put new drywall and insulation up, installed two new fans in the attic, patched, primed, and painted. The new ceiling looks great and we were so thankful that Chiko and his guys were able to come

They did great work. We didn’t have an original dryer duct in our house. The previous owners had cut the pipe from the exhaust fan in bathroom and connected the dryer duct to this. This is a major fire hazard. The guys did good work and walked us through the process of fixing it. They cleaned up after themselves. They created a new hole in the cement wall and laid out new piping. Everything seems to be done up to code. They were careful not to drill into any wires. They also reconnected the exhaust pipe. We are pleased and will use again.

Had some ideas to remodel the house, and the guys did an Amazing job turning my boring wall into this stunning fire place surrounded by tile, really brings the living room to life. On a side note they also did some fixtures for me around the house, garage door and engine etc. I won't hesitate to pass their number on to anyone who needs an accurate and professional handyman!

I had a very poor experience dealing with this company. I tried to sub out a small paint job out to them. First, they last minute canceled on me because their vehicle broke down. No big deal. Things happen. We rescheduled. Next, they cancelled the night before because they said said they didn’t have the paint. Then they cancelled the day of the job because they said the job was too risky and would need 3x the money of the original bid. This is all after they received multiple clear pictures of the job. Maybe they do good work for other types of jobs but I would stay away from them if it requires

We had an urgent need to remove a door frame so we could fit a new dryer into our basement and this company sent someone out to us same day (on a Sunday). They did great work and our door looks better than it did previously. The receptionist and handymen were very professional. The handyman worked efficiently, did the job well, and arrived on time for scheduled work. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

I've always wanted to have my basement finished and make a "theater room " -I called so many people and their prices were the best and extremely professional.
They were on time (but 1 day ) of 12
They redid my whole basement and made my dream come true!
I would definitely recommend them for a big or even the smallest work (they fixed a trim piece for me my dog ate haha)
