I had water draining through a pipe constantly when the water was on. Aqua Plumbing scheduled someone to troubleshoot in a reasonable time. Bypassed water softener (the problem) since I wasn't there that day. Called me to explain everything. Excellent service!
PS--Don't let their message fool you. First I was afraid they wouldn't get back to me in a timely manner so I just hung up when I heard "leave a message." But I wasted two days calling two different plumbers who said they'd call me back and never did. When I did contact Aqua, they returned my call very quickly and scheduled for a good day

Heather, in the Aqua office, was incredibly helpful and sent out plumbers to run a camera to see if we needed to replace the old sewer line as we were selling the house. When they arrived they had to remove the toilet (very old house - no clean out) to run the camera and discovered we had a problem that definitely needed attention. They gave us an estimate and came the next day to repair. The cost was LESS than the estimate - tell me when that good news has ever come your way. Thank you, Joe, wonderful plumber!

These people are scammers ! They are running a supposed special for inspection and diagnostic of problem with $89 and then promise to provide quote with pricing for repairs. They came in took pictures and told me ok inspection done we will write you a quote . I asked aren’t you going to check what the problem is ? How will you write up a quote ? You did not even touch it ? They were literally going to write up a quote with money I have to pay based on their hypothesis and pictures. STAY AWAY !!

We have had a water leak, and Joe determined it was outside our house. Although that is a service he can’t provide, he did replace our leaking toilet flappers. He then shored up our sump pipes until we could get a company over to dig them up and install a new water line.
Joe is a friendly and knowledgeable plumber, and his rates were fair. We will certainly use Aqua Plumbing again.

Had a potential warranty issue from previous work done at the house and good ole dependable Joe came to the rescue and saved the day! He made sure to check everything twice so nothing was missed and had a professional and gracious attitude. It's folks like Joe that truthfully make a company excellent.

Aqua is excellent! Brett is an amazing plumber, efficiently installed my on demand hot water and then proceeded to diagnose and fix a few other plumbing issues we were having. Also pulled a water sample and tested it and quickly got me the results and an estimate for a filtration system. As a contractor myself i see first hand how hard it is to find reliable and skilled professionals to even show up. Aqua was reliable and professional from start to finish, worth every penny!
