Michael and Wade came to our home and completed the needed repairs in an efficient and tidy manner. Michael was upfront about the pricing and time estimate. When the job was done it ended taking LESS time and was not as expensive as he initially quoted. Having an older home it’s nice to have someone that I can trust. Michael is “my guy” for future plumbing projects!

What a great group of people! I don't know if I can enough positive things about the services we received. Michael made sure to treat every part of our home with care, had amazing attention to the detail of his work, and made sure to explain every step of the process in a way I could understand. Michael installed a new automatic water shut off valve, pressure reducing valve, and a new hot water expansion tank. In the process he also fixed some shoddy work that a previous plumber completed. I have used My Guy for *several* plumbing additions and upgrades. These are my people! Michael and Wade do amazing work, really top notch at a very fair price. They have headed off problems and helped find creative solutions for several things I needed to have done. They really do things the right way the first time. We had a water leak in our basement under the concrete floor. No water showing but we could hear it running. I googled reviews and found Michael's business and was going to give him a call, but even better I saw his truck in our neighborhood. Told him my problem and he and his apprentice Wade were able to stop by and assess our problem. After a quick check of our home he also thought it could be an under slab leak. He referred me to a leak detection company so they could pinpoint the leak and scheduled a time to come out and jack hammer the floor in our basement floor and repair. Not ever having

A week ago I had a new toilet installed in my bathroom. After the plumbers left, I noticed a leak coming from the toilet. I did not call the plumbers who installed the toilet, I called Michael to fix the leak. He came out and discovered the seal between the toilet tank and the toilet bowl was not secured properly and leaking. Michael tightened the bolts and fixed the leak. He went over the install and checked to see if there were other problems. He found a couple and recommended some repairs but since it was a Saturday and repairs were not urgent, I decided to wait on the fixes.

As a service provider, Michael has gone above and beyond anyone else's above and beyond. I reached out on the weekend expecting to hear back Monday. Wonderfully, I received a call from him Saturday afternoon! He asked about my problem and then walked me through how I could fix it MYSELF so I wouldn't have to pay a plumber to come out. It was an easy fix, which I never would have known had it not been for his kindness and wanting to do right by others. That's a good businessman right there. Michael is professional, clean, quick and courteous. I know it's not always the case, but he was able to give us a fair quote over the phone, then drop the price when he completed the work. The only downside was that we had to wait about 8 days for a non-emergency appointment. However, I took it as a good sign he was so busy, and he was absolutely worth the wait. Thanks for all your help! If/when we need a plumber again, you'll definitely be our first call.

I gave Michael a very unusual task, with a custom copper tub create a miniature wet room around it. He did a great job, to say the least, I wish I could attach pictures to show his handywork.

Top-Flight plumbing service.Had two water heaters replaced and Michael (the owner) was informative and transparent. Cost was very reasonable, but most importantly, he earned my TRUST, and accordingly, my future business.
