These guys went above and beyond ! I highly recommend these plumbers. James and Allen spent hours on New Year's Eve unclogging my frozen pipe. They didn't overcharge me either. If I ever need plumbing work done I'll definitely call hometown plumbing!!

Allen came out Monday morning bright and early. Good attitude, knowledgeable, and professional. Was a simple dishwasher leak. He was very helpful. Diagnosed the problem fast, and with a fair price. What I really respect out of Alan and hometown is honesty. After Allen left he checked on something and realized that he should come back and change something. Something I would have not known. He came back 20 minutes later he was done. Thank you Alan and James you were very helpful. When I'm ready for remediation I will call and get a reference from you guys.....

I had a Toto toilet that was leakin. Needed a plumber that was certified to work on it. I had them come and replace the inner parts on that toilet and 2 others.
It was expensive, but it needed to be done. Upon leaving the plumber gave me my charges and asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Not sure if it is a usual practice to ask for a tip on services that are so expensive. Later I discovered he had left used parts wrapped up in one of my towels on the counter in my bathroom. I let that go, BUT 3 months later another toilet started running and the only way I could control the water is to shut

He set aside all the time necessary to assess our plumbing issues, do the work needed, plus address added plumbing questions and concerns afterwards. He was not in a rush and did his job with a smile! We were happy with the whole experience from start to finish and would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems. Have used Hometown for several projects. One was the installation of a pressure pump and other was repairing outside piping. James is a good honest and knowledgeable guy (owner). Will continue to use them as more plumbing projects materialize.

I might actually cry! James came in and saved my day/week! Hometown Plumbing was the SIXTEENTH plumber I called, freaking out with a stopped toilet. After hours of trying to get ahold of someone, it was now the end of the day and he was STILL able to get out there and repair it! Great, friendly service and cost efficient. Noticed our water heater was leaking late on a Wednesday afternoon. Thinking we wouldn't be able to get anyone to repair it that day, I started to call around to see who I could get the quickest. James at Hometown Plumbing answered the phone. After a description of what was going on and sending him some pictures, James made the determination to come to our house that night and repair it. He showed up at 7:00 that night and repaired the leaking pipe, but it was determined during his inspection that our water heater was shot. He gave us a very fair quote for a new water heater and came in that Friday

James and Allen were both very professional, personable and reliable. They fixed an issue with our water heater in about an hour and told us all about the issues and fixes in the process of repair. A wonderful company doing excellent work. I highly recommend.

These guys are great. What was thought to be a simple drain clear turned into a more complicated issue. They kept us informed during the process was very professional and caring. They ended up fixing the issue which was great and was very fair with the pricing.

We had Hometown Plumbing come out and replace a frost-free faucet in our backyard. If you’re not familiar with these, they have to cut a hole in an interior wall to replace it. Well, they did an excellent job! They do great work, and they clean up after themselves. James and Allen arrived within the scheduled time, and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. AND gave us the 10% new customer discount without us having to bring it up (another place we contacted didn’t offer their discount until we said we were going to get another estimate…).

James took my call, listened to my concerns, and was able to get to my home the next day to help me with the problem of no water pressure in my kids bathroom (where the only bath tub is). James not only fixed the problem, but went the extra 100 miles and didn't give up or tell me it just had to be replaced. As a single mom, plumbing problems can be scary. He was quick to be at my house, took his time to fix the problem, was honest about everything, and gained a life long customer. James, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!!
