I had Luis Trent and his apprentice Nick at my home for approximately 5 days. Each day they showed up on time and were very professional in carrying out their work which included installation of a new water heater and tearing out and replacing 70 year old galvanized piping and replacing with new Pex piping. I could not be happier with the work they accomplished at my home. In addition, the I could not be pleased more with the cost of the project. It was very reasonable.

He arrived on time, very pleasant manner, explained each step required & was very patient with all my questions.
The work was professional, cleaned up after the work & made sure I knew I could contact Raptor Rooter with any concerns.

Patrick and his apprentice were so courteous, attentive and right on time. Patrick gave exceptional customer service - explaining procedures, being informative and clear on what my problem was and how they could fix it with an estimate of probable cost. Upon completion I was provided the cost, pictures of how it was and how it is now. He was very friendly throughout and they worked efficiently and timely.
