Founders, Dave Ricard and his wife, Zane, came to Coeur d'Alene in 1977. Dave started his plumbing career in the US Navy, aboard an aircraft carrier in 1980. After completion of his four year term, with an honorable discharge, Dave started his apprenticeship in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Dave graduated North Idaho College, with a four year Plumbing Apprenticeship in 1989.
