These guys were awesome. I work from home so there's an extra level whenever I get work done on the house, and the work today was in my actual office. They showed up exactly when they said they would, let me know when they'd need to make a bunch of noise (I didn't even have to ask them to), and used quality parts for the replacements.
I was most impressed by how clean the work area was. When they were wrapping up I saw one using wet wipes to clean up dust from the sheet rock they cut, and of course they used a big tub and tarp while working over the carpet. You can't even tell someone was there

This is my first time using Thomas Bros Plumbing and I would highly recommend them. Justin did a fabulous job on installing my water heater. I have a home warranty through American Home Shield and this was my first time I had to use it and I couldn’t be happier. A brand new water heater installed professionally with little out of pocket expense. Great company!!

Beware!!! $98 for a “Service Call”. We have a new house, I submitted a Warranty Repair request for a garbage disposal that stopped working. Guy called me from the office and had me reset the breaker in the panel, BUT didn’t have me try the reset button AFTER originally mentioning it. Guy showed up today, hit the reset button and low and behold it turned back on. So I reluctantly paid $98 for something that could have been fixed over the phone… makes me wonder how often that happens?? $98 for 3 minutes.

Our experience with this company was through an American home shield warranty. I am very unhappy with the service we received - this company postponed the appointment more than once. Then, even after we described to them exactly what the problem was they came out without the proper part to repair the item. They then had to go retrieve the part and charged us for an additional hour. One tiny faucet repair for $350. When we tried to discuss this with them the manager Justin in the office was very unfriendly and abrupt. We will not use them again.

Justin responded timely to my phone call to inspect and bid the work we needed. He was polite and professional, gave us a reasonable bid, and scheduled the job for the following week. A week later, Jacob installed a whole home water filter and softener system in our new home in Twin Bridges. He did a quality job, worked efficiently, and suggested adaptions to the layout that really made a difference. The final invoice ended up below what was originally bid. Thank you, Thomas Brothers Plumbing.

I used these guys in the past and things seemed ok. Tried to use them again for a simple task of fixing some hose bibs. They were supposed to get out last week but did not show up or notify they weren't going to make it. I call to see what happened and the SERVICE MANAGER said "we just didnt get to it but we can come out at the end of the week.… However this time you will need to make sure you are there to pay us as soon as we are done." Mind you, last time they sent me an invoice and I was able to mail a check. Terrible customer service this time around, and now I have to really scramble
