Community Home Builders has been operating in the Willamette Valley for over 28 years, providing stable housing for more than 600 people, including 300 children. We have contributed over $32 million dollars to our local economy by partnering with local vendors, contractors, and suppliers, who have helped us build more than 200 affordable homes.
Since 1990, Community Home Builders has been dedicated to building affordable neighborhoods in rural areas. To date, we have built over 200 homes in McMinnville, Gervais, Carlton, Amity, Sheridan, Lafayette, and Dayton, Oregon. Community Home Builders proudly provides the Willamette Valley with housing and educational programs that help families find their way into affordable living and financial certainty.
Empowered individuals build stable communities and we aim to support the development of both. Our main focus is the Mutual Self-Help Housing Program for low income individuals and families in rural communities. Approved applicants join a group of 8-12 families who work together to build a neighborhood.
