My parents contacted Eco Tek pro for an estimate for cleanup of bio hazardous material as a result of an elderly and ill tenant who had recently vacated their rental property. EcoTek was the third estimate we collected.
My mother placed a call to Rico who came out on the same day to view the property and provide us with an estimate. He came prepared with a respirator and gloves which told me immediately he was well educated. I recently purchased a condo that had a lot of water damage, plus a broken AC for 7 months, which resulted in mold throughout the entire condo. I hired Ecotek to do mold remediation on a rental property which had sustained prolonged water damage. Rico Garcia came out to provide an estimate almost immediately after I first contacted him and provided stellar service from that point forward. His team arrived when they said, worked diligently to fix all problems and were courteous and considerate of my tenants. The job was done within the time frame given and in a very reasonable amount of time for what the job required. I definitely recommend them.

Sale of house was scheduled quickly. Inspection found slight evidence of mold under a sink. Spoke with Rico and he jumped on the issue right away. I give EcoTek my highest recommendation - this team is incredible. After a messy A/C leak, EcoTek showed up on time with its professional crew and gave me a quote that could not be beat. The team mobilized immediately, removed the damaged drywall, dried out the situation, and helped us get our house back to normal in record time. I appreciate that the job was completed on budget and according to the timetable that I was provided. You can't go wrong with this company.

I was overwhelmed by a major mold issue but that was no problem for EcoTek Pro. They really went above & beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are hard working, courteous, professional, accommodating, efficient, AND by far the least expensive of all of the companies that I contacted. While it's wise to get several estimates when doing such projects, it would be a mistake to hire anyone other than EcoTek Pro.
