Shawn Sierra, owner of Maintenance Free Exterior, got his start at the Vinylmax window factory, learning how a quality window is manufactured. In 1997 Shawn left Vinylmax with the intent to provide families with the best performing and best looking windows and he did nothing short of that. Shawn entered the window industry with a desire to learn and a determination to achieve.
Our windows are available in a variety of color options including white, tan, laminate wood finish, and many other painted finishes. All of the MFE windows are filled with a dense, non-toxic, argon gas to improve thermal effifiency. The Innovation Elite Series is available with krypton gas, which is 6 times denser than argon.
