My 86 and 87 year old aunt and uncle were sold a walk in tub by a door to door salesman. The cost of the tub was about 10% of what their house is worth and they are on a fixed income. They had no idea what the contract said and what they were buying. For instance, the tub they were sold needs a new 60-75 gallon hot water heater. The space where the current 40 gallon tank sits is not big enough for a larger unit. They did not realize that they would not have a hand held shower. They did not realize that the contract they signed did not include any drywall repair or any damage that might be done

This company is complete garbage! We meet with the salesman, signed the contract and gave them the deposit of over 4000 dollars. they took the deposit and held our money for well over a month, then suddenly they returned our deposit without a word on why they were breaching the contract. we have called several times trying to get answers on what was going on. they kept giving on the run around with no real answers. they wasted a lot of our time. do not use this company.

We met with Brandon, a sales rep from US Bath on November 27th to discuss the replacement of our tub/shower combo. During that meeting we discussed that we had a specific budget of $5-$6k. We decided that we could go with a more budget friendly option of an acrylic tub with brushed nickel spout/knobs and signed on a price of $5,995. This was signed on a tablet and we also went through the installation checklist with him. They mentioned it would be about 8 weeks out before they could do the installation.

We had US Bath come give us an estimate after calling Home Depot. The rep that came was on time but stayed in our home for almost two hours. We are aware that our project is complicated and knew it would need extra time but it was too much time for us to feel comfortable with someone in our home during COVID. This could have been a virtual presentation instead.
When we received our quote it wasn't the price that shocked us (which was more than twice as high as another quote) it was the lack of us picking out any of the products to be used. We didn't get to look at price points for anything. He

We went through Home Depot/US Bath System for a “partial” bathroom install. We didn’t need a toilet or flooring, but new vanity, countertop, and shower. The sales person that came out said that the project would go quick and easy once they started, and that the subcontractors they use will only be working on our project. Both were false. Some subcontractors said the other subcontractors had no idea what they were doing. One sub showed up without knowing what he was even going to be doing that day. They damaged our first countertop, the second came damaged, and the third was installed 4 weeks

No complaints about team who did actual remodeling work, they were efficient, skilled, friendly and professional. Remodeling team adapted to an obstacle that resulted from an incorrect measurement done by initial measuring-team same-day with on-site materials efficiently and effectively.
Work site was completely 100% cleaned up. There was no accidental damage to other parts of house.
Pretty good turnaround time from initial scheduling to work completion.

I enjoyed my experience with US Bath Systems. The team was very respectful: gave me times of their arrival, updates, and cleaned up before leaving everyday. My only complaint or issue was regarding my shower door. I was told it was going to be installed on a certain day and when they day came, no one showed up or even bothered to call me. I ended up waiting 2 days for my shower door to be installed. I had no idea when they were going to show up as no one called or emailed me back. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the finished product.

They arrived 2 hours late to the appointment since previous appointment ran long (forgiveable, but call/text would have been nice). The sales person went through a canned worksheet. Even though he claimed several years experience, he was not knowledgeable about remodeling baths. He was basically a note taker and read a script. 7
We received 3 bids. The two other contractors were $25k and $26k bids. US Bath was 50% higher than the other 2 bids. The US Bath quote took significantly longer than the other 2 bids.
Overall, not a good experience across the board.

Worst remodel experience I've ever had in the 25 years in my home. Recommended by a friend so we went with them. From start to finish mistakes were made and the main tile guy who worked at our house for 6 weeks was so rude he would not even speak to us by the time he was done and thankfully gone. Now that they got paid I can't get them to fix a broken drawer. Overpriced and low quality materials. I would never recommend this company.

US Bath Systems did an excellent job in re-modeling our bathroom. We love it! The installers were very friendly and so nice. The job took 2 weeks. The products/items installed were of good quality. Our guests rave about how beautiful our bathroom is. We would definitely recommend the US Bath Systems if you need your bathroom updated!
