We are a design/ build company that specializes in basement finishing and 3-season porches. We have been in business for 20 years. We are a smaller company that prides itself on high quality remodels at a fair price. We will help you design the kitchen of your dreams with custom built cabinets and professional cabinet design. We will also minimize the downtime of your kitchen by planning and scheduling the project in a way that will allow you to use your existing kitchen while the new cabinets are being built.
I think South Metro did an amazing job with our basement. From start to finish, the process was very easy. The contractors were very clean, prompt and efficient, and I was able to do exactly what I wanted. My basement is nicer than my house! Asked for an estimate and I got a call back and we discussed options for finishing the basement. We then went over a rough price and then asked several times if that range was okay. It seemed like they were insinuating that it was to much money for me.(Maybe because I sound young). I thought maybe I just misunderstood and they were just trying to be overly friendly.
I told them that it was fine and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. A few days before I was called and told they needed to reschedule and asked what my availability was for the rest of the week. After telling them they said
