Bob really goes the extra mile to make sure things are right and that we understood our options. No trying to sell us things we didn't need or pressuring us and he treated us and our property with the utmost respect. Originally he did some gutter repairs/improvements for us and then we had a storm and asked if he would check our roof for damage. He told us there was definitely damage and he thought it was worth filing a claim but that some areas weren't as bad as others so it really depended upon our insurance and the adjuster who came out to look at it. He met with the adjuster and even the adjuster

The name says it all! The owner, Bob Guenin, is one of the nicest and most trustworthy guys you’ll ever meet. Bob took the time to explain our options to our master bath remodel in detail, always keep us up to date on next step of the process, organized, timely and kept the work space clean. Bob was great to work with on our addition project. He provided high quality work that turned out beautiful. We added a mother-in-law addition that included a bathroom with a walk in shower, a walk in closet and large studio style room that included a kitchenette. The addition also included a new laundry room, converting old laundry to a mudroom and adding some additional closet storage. It was refreshing having an honest, friendly and caring contractor. Bob takes pride in his job and he cares about you and your project. I would absolutely recommend Golden Rule for any size project you may have

Bob installed a maintenance free patio that linked in with an existing deck. He and his team are true professionals. Efficient and effective - always kept us updated and gave ideas where things could be improved but never pressured us to us those ideas. I will be using them again for future projects at our home!

We had Bob and crew come over to frame our basement. We were beyond satisfied with his promptness, professionalism and quality of work. Bob Gueinin, The Golden Rule, was our general contractor who facilitated and made possible our incredible and beautiful deck. Bob came out to my house to inspect my roof for potential hail damage - and I would highly recommend him to anyone else in need of this type of service. In fact, if I need any sort of roofing or remodeling work done in he future, he's going to be my first call. I was so impressed with Bob's attention to detail, thoroughness, professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to take the time to explain the process and go through his findings about the potential damage. You can just tell from talking with Bob that he is "one of the good guys" and truly cares about his clients.
