My experience with Classic Tile was great. I don’t know what happened to previous reviewers.
I needed a box of engineered wood to replace some water-damaged flooring. I had the item number for what came with my house, so I thought it would be easy. But of course, the item number that my builder had was proprietary, like how Costco will use different item numbers for the same electronics you can get at Best Buy or B&H.
Jack at Classic Tile phoned the manufacturer and tracked down the exact replacement. I paid the wholesale price for it.

This place is very unprofessional, called my phone by accident and than started to curse me out when i asked who it was. she stated it was a business calling and proceed to insult me. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and she said "No you may not" and proceeded to cursing again. This place is a scam, they should fire whoever is answering the phone, She sounds very uneducated and VERY unprofessional.
