Expansive selection of designer tile and exceptional design support. Brianne is the BEST, so patient and creative. She also provides a printout of what your tile design will look like - really helps to make a decision. Pricing is reasonable. My bathroom renovation turned out beautifully, currently working on the kitchen backsplash. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would not use this company again. Their installer put a screw into a pipe causing a leak. The leak caused quite a bit of drywall damage in the room below the leak. A plumber was needed to repair the pipe and the owner Vinny decided that was not his problem and it should be a cost that I pay. The mosaic tile that was chosen for the bathroom floor was installed and the pattern was wrong. The pattern was not consistent throughout the room. They came back to "fix" the pattern and the installer tried to avoid the repair by saying "it not that bad". he fixed about half the area that was wrong and the

Worst customer service especially by brianne and owner vinnie. Marble came broken after waiting for months to receive. Robin, the wife of the owner never returned emails or calls during the process. When the piece came broken, they would not help in replacing it. But the good news I would like to share is that I found out that the fabricator is a local company in Rockaway, Tri State Stone and Tile. So you can basically cut out the middle man of a place like Chester Tile and go straight to the fabricator. They felt so bad that they replaced the piece free of charge. Nice to know there are

I as an Interior Decorator have worked with Chester Tile for many years. In their Chester location as well as their Morristown location. Everyone from the owners, to the staff, to the installers are nothing but pleasant ,professional and knowledgeable.
There is always an element of excitement and enthusiasm when you are there, showing how everyone is working at something they love. The products are always updated and the "latest"

Chester Tile staff is the best in the business. I am a professional interior designer and CT is my go to place for tile design, materials selection and installation. Tried for the longest time to find the stone that we wanted for our backsplash. Finally found Chester Title from an internet search. Brianne helped us and we found exactly what we were looking for, made the design and in less than 30 days the backsplash For our kitchen was installed and it looks awesome.

Fabulous experience at Chester Tile. Worked with Stacey who was so helpful and accommodating to not only help me find the right floor tile, but take home samples. She followed up by phone several times to help me find grout. Everyone else was also so helpful. When I called to leave a message for Stacey, Briana was very friendly and great service to make sure I had what I needed, even Dan called me to see when I would like to load the tile at pickup. Top notch service with no pressure, just friendly knowledgeable service.
