The Staff at Eldorado Tile are very helpful. Joyce, the professional onsite interior designer, was extremely helpful. She has a great eye and essentially helped me design my bathroom without having to hire a third party designer. It was a huge asset to working with Eldorado over any other tile store. The have a great selection and are very professional all through the selection phase to making sure my contractor had the supplies he needed to execute the job. Businesses like this make me love living in Auburn.

Jerry at El Dorado Tile & Marble is a saint. My father in law recently passed and we needed to source some dated tile for a kitchen repair. This was all the end cap. (about 30' with 3 outside corners). The profile and color are not available outside of 1986 so we had to improvise. He helped pick out a contrasting color and got it ordered. The initial time to source the stuff was about a week. In the mean time, we're trying to get the house on the market on the 24th or so of August. I placed the order for the tile on the 18th. He thought we'd end up with them on Wednesday the

Terrible experience. Ended up with gritty, rough, dull counters. The owner Jerry didn't stand by his employees work. Before you buy anything from this place please come and look at and feel my counters. I live only a few minutes from el dorado tile.....and I would be more than happy to let you see for yourself.
