I would choose ZERO stars if possible! Awful customer service, makes excuses, and does not follow through on promises or warranties. I purchased a sectional sofa and recliner from them in October 2019. My sofa had a fabric manufacturer defect and and needed repairs in March, which were done in May. In June a spring broke in the back of my couch and came through the back, I filed for repair on June 11th. I was told several times that the parts were shipped out when they weren't. I have had to harass and file with the BBB in order to get response to get repairs actually scheduled and

I was absolutely blown away by how awesome this furniture store is! Eric went above and beyond and provided stellar customer service. I had been looking around and several stores for the perfect living room set. Eric showed me all of the sets, I could not have been more surprised that they had a huge selection. This store had the best American made quality, pricing, and provided speedy delivery. I would recommend this store to everyone! Ask for Eric, he is very personable, caring & knowledgeable.

I recently went into Kiger Furniture to look at sectionals. Eddie met me at the front and was very helpful. He discussed options with me. We talked about the size of my room, fabric possibilities, reclining options, and which layout would be right for us. He let me know which brands would meet my needs. It took my wife and I a few trips to get our color and configuration just right, but Eddie and Eric were very patient with us and got us exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier. When I looked around, their pricing was much better than anywhere else. I highly recommend these guys.
