We received a quote to put in a gas line. When the final bill came it was 3 times the amount of the quote with no conversation regarding more charges before the work was completed. In an attempt to discuss it with the company they made excuses and said they don't know how the salesman got the original quote price. In addition, they left a mess of torn up yard because they had to fix what time we the initial install guy did wrong. After a request to talk to the owner we heard nothing back so we paid the amount we discussed on the phone with billing, which was more than the quote. A year later

We had a shower leak in the 2nd floor that worked its way down to the kitchen ceiling. Within 20m they had a scope in and showed me exactly what was going on and gave me the option to fix up the current hardware or replace with new components. They also conveyed the cost up front. I also had one follow-up question that I sent to Kirk via e-mail. He replied within 5 minutes on that question! Very friendly guys and really appreciated the customer-centric service. Great experience with Kirk, Logan and Brian. Will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

White Dodge Ram 2500 with select plumbing on rear side window. Leaving wedge wood and O street area today. If the work is anything like the driving I wouldn’t let them near my plumbing. Use your blinker! If you have your company logo on a vehicle the public will associate any interaction with your vehicles accordingly. Have seen too many close calls at this intersection.
