With more than forty years in business in mid-Michigan, Mike Bramlett is expanding his services throughout Livingston County and especially to the Brighton and Howell areas at their new location 920 East Grand River Avenue in Howell. The business is local and family owned and Luke, Mike's son, has been advancing his career in the heating and cooling business.

I really can't say enough good things about Bramlett. Mike and his team have never disappointed, going above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied.
They first retrofitted a Unico AC system in our house which had no previous AC or ducts. They stood behind this work when there was issues cooling and they found a manufacturing defect which was fixed at no charge.
I then had them come back and upgrade our boiler system to a Navian combi unit which now heats our house (in multiple zones) and heats our domestic hot-water.
I'm having them come back a third time to add heating zones to our basement

It turns out there was a comedy of errors that none of us found amusing but clearly showed how things went the way it did. I am happily giving them another chance and fully expect our relationship to be good moving forward.

I had called another Company first, they came out & said I needed a whole new unit ,quoted 8200.00 I called Mike for a second opinion ,he came out asap & replaced the capacitor and it works GREAT! Mike was quick to respond to my inquiry and come give me a quote. There was NO pressure and he was willing to do whatever I needed. His son Luke and his buddy Noah replaced my 30 year old furnace and installed a new on demand water heater all in one day. They were very nice, professional and cleaned everything up very nicely. I highly recommend Bramlett Heating and Cooling. I'll be a customer for life now that I've found them.

I called about 5 companies, and after everyone laughed and said "it's the weekend"! But not Bramlett team. Mike showed up on a weekend call when I may not have installed my gas dryer hose correctly. Answered the phone Saturday evening, and was out Sunday mid morning! Was able to get me going pretty quickly, when he handed me the bill I was waiting for a staggering fee... nope not these guys. Affordable and class act team. Won my business for life.

I wish there were enough words to say how pleased we were with Bramlett! Our AC went out on a Wednesday, and another AC company wasted two days of our time with the run around. So we cold called Bramlett and could not be happier that we did! They squeezed us into their busy schedule the same day, and worked with our insurance company to make sure our needs were met! In getting many bids for adding a custom solution to our home with no existing ductwork, Mike called me back quickly, made time to bid within just a couple days and had the bid in my inbox the next morning before 8 am!
