The Hathaway House, located at 1423 Hathaway Drive, is a landmark dating back to the 1790s, the oldest house in Farmington and second-oldest in Ontario County. In preserving the Hathaway House our team took great care in ensuring original timbers were saved and reused, and the unique charm of the house was saved for generations to come.
The cottages, new in 2017, are another example of the exquisite work from Massa Construction. These 10 modern cottages fit cleanly into the existing natural environment of the park while providing conveniences such as micorwave ovens, queen size beds, refrigerators and more. There are 6 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom cottages.
Located in Geneva, NY at the at the North end of Seneca Lake, the Geneva Visitor and Events Center offers a 4,800 square foot grand ballroom that is perfect for weddings, corporate meetings, and many other events. The interior of the ballroom features an open ceiling with pendant lighting and arched windows.
A passion for wine pairs perfectly with a love of learning at FLCC's Viticulture and Wine Center! Based in the Cornell Agriculture and Food Technology Park in Geneva, N.Y., the FLCC Viticulture and Wine Center houses a two-year associate in applied science degree program in viticulture and wine technology.
Lyceum Heights is a modern apartment development for independent seniors age 62 and older. Phases one and two consist of a pair of two-story buildings with 64 one and two bedroom apartments. Each has an elevator and other accessibility features. Phase three of the project, the Lyceum Heights Cottages, offer individuals 55 and older a more traditional housing experience.
