Royal Roofing have been absolutely amazing. Their team was nothing but patient and kind towards me, gladly answering any questions that I had and were there to walk me through the entire process of getting my new roof. I was surprised with how effectively they coordinated with both my insurance and myself to get my roof replaced in a timely manner, all in the midst of a pandemic! I was completely blown away by both their expertise and quality of work, the office staff were a pleasure and Colby was able to get the roof put on no problem, even with a few snags when it came to getting the shingles

Colby and Matt were amazing. They got the job done and done right the first go. I had a 200 ft pine come down across my entire house during Hurricane Michael. They did it all from inside repairs to a gorgeous new roof.
I work for an insurance company and I hear all the horrible stories and I was sure I was going to be one of them but nope not with these guys on the job!

My experience with Royal Roofing has been only with Salesman Ryan to obtain a roofing replacement contract covered by insurance. Project should start in about a month. I will provide more review information as project is completed.

Royal Roofing went above and beyond to help me! I had been turned down previously by my insurance company after a storm blew shingles off and damaged my roof. Royal Roofing contacted my insurance company and took care of everything. There was no stress on me during any of the process. Our roof was torn apart by a hurricane when a friend recommended that we reach out to this company to have my roof replaced through my insurance. The Tallahassee office staff were phenomenal at explaining the process we needed to go through with our insurance to set up our claim.
