Recommend by a friend, I included Koch Brothers among a few for estimates. They were the only company that sent photos of any areas they were concerned about and told be that if I did not want to spend the money for a re-roof right now, they could make these needed repairs and buy a little time for me. I was impressed by that. There bid was about 600.00 cheaper than the next lowest. I was prepared to go ahead and do the full job, They communicated the start time, sent the contract via email and arrived on time and finished the job in 2 days. I have a lot of plants in the front area of the house

You get what you pay for...
Significantly cheaper than all the other bids I got in town by hundreds of dollars. Austen did our estimate, I noticed the proposal did not include building a cricket on the chimney, which current code requires on a chimney of my size but Austen overlooked it. He said they would include it at no additional charge. The guys did great quality work on the roof itself, but I specifically reminded them on the jobsite about the cricket, and they ignored me and did not build it. When they finished the job and left, I found probably 15-20 nails in the grass and the driveway

Koch Brothers replaced my roof last week. They showed up in mass one morning, took the roof off in 1 day and replaced the new roof the following day. They were very concerned about my dog stepping on a nail while they were working. They protected my plants and scrubs with tarps and left my yard cleaner than they found it. Very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Koch Brother’s Roof Repair did an excellent job on our roof. Austen and Jason were very nice, prompt in responding to any questions I had, and were very professional. The workers were very polite and did an amazing job on the roof and cleaning up after the job. I highly recommend Koch Brothers Roofing!!!!
