I started this company in 2007 because I strongly believe in customer satisfaction and doing a quality job. As a native of Texas, with over a decade of experience in landscape lighting, I make it a priority to ensure that your vision comes to life. From our initial meeting through installation, I walk you through the process to provide the lighting effects that enhance the beauty of your living space the way you envision it.
Consultation involves a visit to your property to collaborate with you to determine your precise lighting needs. We gather data to establish the exterior views to help with the design process, access landscaping, focal features, elevations, other potential lighting needs and provide information on the benefits of various lighting options.
Call Jim today to see if this new product is compatible with your current system or get a free estimate for an upgrade. Material Cost - LED lights use less energy and smaller, low-voltage wire. The amount of material used for installing your landscape lighting is reduced significantly, reducing overall material costs.
Very pleased with the process and the final product. Jim gave us several different proposals and we selected the one that we liked the most. He met every promised deadline and communicated well throughout the process. The thing we liked the most was the trial installation. He temporarily set up all the lights and then came back in the evening so we could discuss any changes we wanted.

Excellent experience - No pressure for buying lights - very professional - upon the initial consultation I provided Jim on what I would like he provided advance back on the design. The next step had been to layout all the lights (wires exposed) for any adjustments and then the final install. I liked that due to if anything had to be changed it would have been very easy.

What started out as a simple “upgrade” evolved into a much larger project than originally intended. However, the end product is spectacular and was worth every dollar.

Jim with Quality Illuminations just finished a good size job at my house and he did a fantastic job. Being a Homebuilder makes me very particular and critical of home improvement work, but Jim actually exceeded those expectations. By far the best when it comes to quality and service. You will not be disappointed with the final product, I promise. Jim sets up the lights for several days to get your opinion on location etc. I have used lighting companies in the past and they are no comparison to Jim. I can’t compliment his work enough. Jim was professional and courteous. Did a great job and was able to diagnose and repair our sprinkler system fast. We had a giant red oak take a lightening strike. As a result our tree died and our sprinkler system literally blew up and/or, got fried. It now works again and at a fraction of the cost we were quoted from larger companies.
