Forwarded to these guys from Frigidaire for my dishwasher under warranty. Bob showed up in his time window, fixed the dishwasher with no mess and no issues. Took a look at our dryer and gave us an estimate, but didn't push us on it and recommended we just replace it. He also gave recommendations on good brands and types, so bonus there.

They have been out 3 times to fix my ice maker it still doesn't work. When I called them to come back they told me they closed out the work order and I would have to call the insurance company to get them to authorize them to come back and fix it. When I asked why they didn't warrant their own service they said they wouldn't come back until the insurance company sent them a new work order. We had our refrigerator repaired by them. The parts were covered under warrantee, so we only had to pay the labor cost and a couple of parts which I paid on the the spot. It lasted TWO weeks and we lost approximately $400.00 in frozen goods.
The next technician from the same company came out and look at it and stated, the first technician didn't know what he was doing. It was repaired again and is working fine.

I have given this company all of our repair work for years. I've paid them thousands of dollars over these years. Because they refused to help me get an item replaced due to a defect, even tho I paid them to come out and access said defect, they no long wish to do business with me. And they've been out here after the above problem. Terrible customer service. Horrible manager.

We were assigned this company through our warranty company. It took much much longer than it should have to complete the work. I went ahead and excused it for Covid issues, but who really knows. My issue is, firstly, the door that they brought for our microwave that was to be replaced had a tiny dent in the front. I chose to overlook that, which was stupid of me. I just wanted our microwave fixed, and I minimized the issue. The technician that did the installation, asked me if everything looked good. Someone told us to try J&M So we did full knowing the $139 service call would apply to parts and labor to repair our LG washer. The tech came out and diagnosed it as a $82 valve problem that needed to be ordered it took 4 days for them to say it was in and another week before they said they could return to install it WELL OK down time almost 2 weeks The tech came back and installed it and the total Came to $318 ... Not being a math wizard I was able to figure the LABOR for the rep being here for only a few minutes over an hour including removal and installment was Approx $236 . when I questioned

Terrible service. They came out to look at our front loading washer that sometimes leaked which had us thinking the seal might need to be replaced. The technician was probably here 10 min tops and told us that there is no leak so he cleaned the glass door said it had gunk, hair etc. He sprayed it and we were charged $168 which included the service call. After he left we checked it and it still looked dirty . Don't use their service. A total rip-off

Very poor customer service skills. This company has no policy, protocols, or procedures in place in the event of not being able to provide a service. To initially book for services we waited two weeks and they did not end up coming, and also didn't try to correct the situation. I wish i would have Yelp this company beforehand . The other reviews and overall Yelp score confirm it was a bad idea going with them. Do not go here they are not about good quality customer service.

J&M Appliance charged me $149 for a service call for one burner on a 10-yr old GE stovetop that was sparking and said they couldn't repair it (said part discontinued) and when I gave authorization for them to replace the entire stovetop with a new model, they couldn't do that either! My property manager called another company to replace the stovetop and asked J&M to reduce the fee they charged me but they wouldn't. I can see applying a service call to a repair or replacement but think it is a rip off for them to charge so much for something they couldn't fix or replace

I had an issue with my portable A/C until and was referred out to J&M by LG. When I went to pick up my unit, I had J&M load it into my car since I have a back injury and as soon as I got home, my husband took it out of my car and notice that the unit appeared to have been pried open judging by the scratches on the side of the unit and the unit wouldn't close all the way, was missing a screw and the hole was stripped. Called J&M when my dishwasher wouldn't start. Tech came out, ran diagnostics and replaced board. That wasn't the fix. Tech ordered motor.

My refrigerator stopped working. I had to store all my food in ice chests. I made an Appt online with my local business J and M for the repair. The next day they sent an email canceling my Appt. I called them and they could only schedule me 5 days later! I was trying to support my local business located in the same city I live in, Redlands. I had to have a company from San Bernardino come out and fix the problem the next day. C'mon J and M! I expected better.

My new Whirlpool refrigerator had a problem. Whirlpool directed me to J&M. First, a technician came out to diagnose the problem. He then ordered a part, so there would be a delay in the final work until it came. J&M notified me when the part arrived and we set up an appointment. Another technician came this time and replaced the defective part. Both technicians were on-time, polite and professional. So I was happy with the service. It remains to be seen if the problem is completely fixed.
