Big Shot Repair Service

I had these guys come to my place as a service call through home warranty. The guy came in and said that the refrigerator had a condenser leak and he wouldn't check the filter unit that wasn't dispensing water, he said it is auxiliary to the condensation. He left and apparently lied to the warranty he told them there is rust and it is not working for a long time ( it had been out for 5 days already)
He checked the oven and said two burners have to be replaced due to damage of grease that couldn't be cleaned!!!

I got another outfit through the same warranty to double check this hoax

Do not have these people repair anything, was sent by warranty company to repair our Kenmore Elite refrigerator, french door with bottom freezer, on Tuesday 31st, which had stopped cooling on Saturday 28th, we had a bag of ice in freezer with all opened jars to try to keep them cool as the fan was continuing to circulate the air, the tech opened the refrigerator and freezer and said it was cool and was frozen up, that he could see ice in top air intake and we had to let it thaw out, didn't run any diagnostic tests on compressor or anything. My son put his fingers into the air return opening

Big shot repair is the only company I call when I am having issues with my garage door or mechanical issues with my opener. Harold Jeffery is the owner and is a very knowledgeable technician. Harold has been to my house 2 times and both times he diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than 30 min. Harold is also fair, honest and punctual. He has on my opinion never overcharged me and he is a preferred vendor for my home warranty company. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Call Mr. Jeffery if you are having any issues with your electric gates or garage door or its opener.
