My KitchenAid dishwasher was not working.
They asked a few questions and got it working without even coming out!
They were also very nice. I realize they could have scheduled appointment and charged a service fee, but they did not. I appreciate their integrity. I will definitely use them if one of my appliances breaks down.

Mike arrived promptly and diagnosed our issue quickly. Instead of trying to string us along by making a repair on a dying machine, he provided a lot of helpful information about our machine that aided us in the decision to purchase a new one, as well as what would be a good brand to purchase. This was our second experience with the company and we have been impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, courteousness and pricing. Hope we don’t have to but would absolutely use them again.

Based on reviews, I called Mike out to come take a look at my dishwasher as it was no longer draining. I followed some instructions online and an attempt to try to fix it but I was unable to. Mike showed up he checked the drain tube, he ran a few tests, then he pulled out my drain pump from the bottom opened it up found a piece of broken glass and handed it to me. He had already purchased and brought another drain pump with him. He could have easily charged me for that other part and put it in and left but he was an honest man about his work. I highly recommend Mike.
