Was very lucky to find this company. Been having Issues with my stove top. Even tried company before this one and all they told me was that I had to get a new stove and that they will be more than happy to sell me one.
Factory Service Appliance was awesome. They came, knew what the issue was, did what they could to get it working and ordered parts for the other issues.
The parts arrived, they came back and fixed the issue with ease. Both Jaime and Jacob were professional, friendly and explained what happened and why.
Also the price was very competitive.
I would highly recommend them to anyone

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable about our Thermador refrigerator. He found the part that was causing our compressor to not work and replaced that. A small deal for him but a big deal for us not having to look for a whole new and expensive unit. Thank you!

My Bosch dishwasher had a power problem, so I called Bosch customer service and they gave me the names of four companies in Houston that could do warranty service work. I set up my appointment with Factory Appliance Service, the technician called the morning of the appointment and arrived when he said he would. My technician, Joe, was clearly familiar with the Bosch products and was able to resolve my issue fairly quickly. I would use them again.

I have used Factory Appliance for over 15 years. They are always honest and fair. The technicians always take care when they enter my home and are neat and tidy.

DO NOT use Factory Appliance Service LLC, they will take your money and not perform the work. We had them come out and give us an estimate to repair our beverage refrigerator and they took the $95 service fee and never provided the estimate. We have called numerous times only to be told they will call us "right back" with the estimate and never do. This is a dishonest company - do you use them.

When I called to schedule and appointment I was told I would be charged a $95 service call fee which would be applied to labor and parts. When the technician came it was a very simple fix but wanted to charge me labor on top of the $95. I explained I was told the $95 would apply to labor and he started negotiating with me. After much back and forth he applied a 'discount' to the labor. When I called later to complain I was told that they had never told me the $95 would apply to labor or parts and totally changed their story. It was clear they had spoken to the technician. They had been recommended
