Yesterday i woke up to a non-working fridge- everything melted so i needed someone bad! We called and left a message, instead of getting a call back we got a text back. James texted and claimed he was on the line ordering parts thats why the text instead of a call. Exchanged info about the fridge, fee to come out and all that. He never gave us a time as to when they could come out, so we said if u can’t come today just let me know so we could keep looking because i need someone today. James never answered back.... 1hr and 20mins later he texted if we still needed help?! I guess they didn
