My washer is under wrranty thru Sears. Sears out sourced my job to them because no Sears techs were available. These people are joke. Tech visited my home 5x over a 3 wk period my washer is still broke. He doesnt know what he's doing just changing parts. He missed 4 appointments and was late 3 of out of 5x he visited my home. Sears has escalated my repair ticket as I have requested a new appt and tech so Im now waiting on that. This company does not respond to email or the submission of the contact inquiry they offer on their website.....

I do not normally give such scathing reviews but I feel as though I have been more than understanding. On March 26th, Armando was assigned to my claim for dishwasher repair. I hear from no one and contact Choice Home Warranty to reach out to him to get him to come. He came to see that a new part needed to be ordered. Two weeks later, I hear nothing from him or the home warranty he is a contractor for. I hear from Choice Home Warranty that the parts arrived a week ago. I reach out and a time is confirmed from the warranty company. Armando does not come at the scheduled time and I hear nothing from

Great service! My washer had been banging and Armando came and looked at, it turns out I had been over loading my washer. It needed new shocks the part didn’t come in til a week later but Armando got the job done and kept me updated. Good job Armando will call back if any other issue comes up.

AM Appliance Repair did a great job fixing my dryer. He was very prompt and let me know exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix. I also called AM Appliance Repair when I had an A/C issue. He came out and got the part and fixed it. Thank you AM Appliance Repair Houston for doing a great job!

I was referred to AM Appliance by my coworker. I am so glad he did. I really appreciated Armando's help. He was very friendly, understanding and very professional. Answered questions we had and promptly fixed my refrigerator. I will call them again if other appliances break down. I really recommend AM Appliance for your appliance repairs. They were great for me.
