Typically, I avoid calling in someone to fix things in my house because they usually don't finish the job, or they rush the project and don't listen to my concerns, and I end up having to do the job myself anyway. Alex from Lucky's took the time to address all of my concerns and then dealt with the home warranty report afterwards in a speedy manner so I could get a replacement unit. Great guy, great service! Alex diagnosed and fixed our dryer issue quickly and efficiently. He was very informative on why it stopped working and what he did to fix it. He even went above and beyond to show me how to keep the ducting clean and how to maintain it. Will recommend to everyone!

This is my second time to use Alex. The first time was through an Old Republic home warranty claim for my LG Dryer. He diagnosed the issue and once the part came in arranged to have it installed. My dryer is working perfectly. The second call was to replace a broken hinge on an oven door at a different property. Once again he quickly diagnosed the issue and took care to make sure that the job was done correctly. He really knows his stuff! I will continue to use Alex. He is very professional, follows up and gets the job done!

I scheduled a repair a week out with a different company for my washer machine leaking and the technician they arranged to service my appliance was giving me different service times than what the dispatch appointed. I called them and they supposedely was going to straighten it out, but the technician calls back an hour into the window to tell me he's not going to make it and to just reschedule. So I cancelled and found Lucky's at the last minute since everyone was closed/closing.

Didn't call or update me on my ticket and getting mad at me that why I left a voice mail. What else I am supposed to do when the business never called and updated me. Going to File a complaint against him !
It seemed the only good reviews are form family & friends. I am glad he acted that way and gave me a heads up of what kind of crappy service he would have gone and how difficult it would have been to deal with him had he done any service!

We were super Lucky to meet Alex! Great communication, on time, very honest, affordable and no bull *hit gimmicks. He quickly Diagnosed why our dishwasher wasn't draining and showed us what it was. He fixed the problem and even took the time to answer questions on our other appliances. Our refrigerator was only 1 1/2 old when it stopped making ice. Another repair service claimed that the model of my ice maker was notorious for breaking down and was not repairable. So, for almost 2 years, we bought bagged Ice. My dryer wouldn't start the day before the 4th of July. I first called another service which was going to charge me $200-$250 sight unseen. He couldn't get to me until Friday. I then called Alex with Lucky's Appliance Repair. His estimate was half of the first quote. He promised he would try to get to me that day. 2 hours later after confirming with me, he showed up on time as promised. He was professional, prompt, courteous and friendly. His price was definitely fair. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to call him again!

Alex is a GEM! My KitchenAid oven went out weeks ago and my fiancé and I have been tinkering with it based on the error code it's been spitting out. Today I'd had it and finally just gave Alex a call. He was able to meet me the same day and within 15 minutes of walking in he'd gotten the oven apart, isolated and resolved the issue, then chatted with me for the last 20 minutes while putting the oven back together.
Word to the wise, JUST CALL ALEX! He's kind, prompt, sharp as a tack, and has prices that can't be beat.

So glad I called Lucky's. Called in the morning for a dishwasher that wouldn't start and a built in microwave that wouldn't vent. Alex the owner came by 1 pm. Fixed the microwave right away. Had to get a part for the dishwasher and returned to fix it by the end of the day. Courteous, prompt, efficient & reasonably priced. Plus I don't have to wash the dishes. Very happy customer.

My rental company used Lucky's for repair of multiple appliances: fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Alex looked at my fridge and said it just needed to be defrosted, which was actually the case. He could have easily fabricated a repair, but he was honest and trustworthy. This is a bit odd for any repair industry. I would recommend him highly without reservation.

Had exceptional customer service from this company. I thought my clothes dryer was ruined because it wasn't heating up. I'm just glad they were able to tell me my dryer was fine and a simple fix of the electrical outlet is what needs to be done. They are polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
