Had him come out in August to repair my dishwasher and due to Covid he claims he can’t find the part to repair it. He has never once reached back out to me telling me the status or done anything to help resolve my issues but he sure did take my money. All communication has had to come from my side. I have only used him in the pass and was very pleased but this experience is unacceptable. To go from August to November still with a broken dishwasher and no repair in the future and not even an apology.

We called about a refrigerator repair. The guy mentioned that he had experience with my brand refrigerator and would come out in a couple of days to inspect it. The fee for inspection would be $60, but would go toward the repair if we decide to use his services.
When he arrived, all he did was listen to it, and tell me the compressor seemed to be running, but it’s not cooling. I asked what it could be and he said it could be multiple things... that’s it. Instead of doing any work on the appliance, or any internal inspection, he gave me someone else’s number that might be able to do the repair
