All the 5 star reviews are the reason we called Steve, and they’re absolutely correct, and deserved. Steve came exactly on time, and repaired our washing machine in less than 30 minutes. He was on time, extremely polite, and extremely professional, and efficient. I can not imagine it working out any better than it did. I’ll DEFINITELY be calling them for any small appliance repairs in the future.

I’d give a couple of bonus stars if I could, these guys are great. Our washing machine stopped working, so I called on a Tuesday morning to have someone come out. Initially the appointment was scheduled for Thursday, but a little while later they called to say they could get someone out in thirty minutes to have a look
I’ll skip the technical details, but this was a really tricky problem - intermittently the machine would not drain. They came out twice to try to figure it out; then I got a call from Steve (company owner) saying he would like to stop by on his way home from work to try one
