Our washer stopped working the night before I called and they had someone out before the end of the next day. It wasn’t good news and we have to get a new washer but I appreciated the thorough explanation of what the problems were and why it would cost more to fix than to replace. Will definitely use them again!

I had them come out and look at my fridge. They took the freezer door and drawers out and saw frost on the back panel of the freezer then put it all back together and quoted me $560 for a new thermostat and control board because it wasn't defrosting. I thought that quote was outrageous so then I had my dad come over and he took the time to use a heat gun to defrost the back of the freezer and then take that panel off and defrost the coils. That is literally all it took. The fridge now works and defrosts perfectly fine.
I won't be calling this company next time I need an appliance looked at.

Know what I hope for when I find an indy appliance repair company? Not to get ripped off. Excellent service. They came to my house the same day and totally explained what was happening with my gas oven and fireplace. Came back a day later with parts and fixed them both. Guess what? I didn't get ripped off as the prices for repairs were great. Highly recommend

On Premise Appliance Repair was able to diagnose and repair my fridge on the first trip. I had been dealing with GE and Sears Warranty for two months with no luck. The owner is very professional and even follows up to make sure everything is okay. I will trust On Premise with any of my future appliance repairs.

Finally found a competent and reliable serviceman! He was recommended to me by a friend who has used him for years.
James is honest and made the effort to arrange for a repair visit within a short time period which I really appreciated. Definitely a business that will tell you to replace an item if the repair cost outweighs the cost benefit of a new appliance. He worked on my dryer but i will call him if another appliance fails.

A friend of mine recommended this company to me for a refrigerator repair I needed, they gave me a fair estimate over the phone so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. A tech showed up, his name was Ben, he walked me through exactly what was needed to be done and was extremely genuine and thorough. The repair took only 30 minutes which was awesome and they didn't overcharge which was a huge plus in my book!highly recommend these guys!
