Very poor quality of work. Had back window replaced. Left glass shards inside door so you can hear the glass everytime I open and close the door. The door panel was not installed back in correctly and found pieces where panel was broken from removal and glued back. Poor workmanship and attention to detail, would not recommend to anyone, ever.

I have been a customer with this shop for several years, they always treat me great and give me the best price and service. They even installed some windows and one shower door in my house. I also bought my blinds and shutters from them. I had this business replace my car's windshield and 2 door glasses for my son's car. Whenever I need a window or a piece of glass, I go there and I trust that I will get the best price, but also a great service - not a mistake! I am a picky person and I highly recommend them.

Had front windshield replaced, after he took my windshield off he realized he ordered the wrong part. A two hour job turned into an all day wait.....I ordered shutters for my window and he didn't put the right measurement for the window break. Had to return the shutters to get them redone. Waste of time and gas. Over two months and I still don't have window coverings. Cheep quality and service

I needed to replace a piece of glass from a table. I had no idea this place existed. The manager at Lowe's recommended it, so I thought I would give it a try.
Needless to say, as soon as I walked in and began speaking with Andy, I knew I was in the right place. He was very kind, helpful, and funny LOL.
Andy had my new glass piece cut and ready to go in less than 10 minutes, and for a very reasonable price!
Andy and his assistant provided some of the best customer service I have received in a very long time...and a great price to boot!!

Terrible. Came in to fix a small rock chip on my windshield today. He tells me he has to inform me that there is a small chance of cracking the windshield, but that its NEVER happened to him ever and not to worry about it... not 5 minutes later he comes out and asks me what my insurance deductible is!! He shows me my windshield now has a 2 foot crack across it. When I asked him what he was going to do about it he tells me "I told you there was a 1 in 1000 chance of this happening" and then proceeds to repeat that like a mantra saying he never told me that it has never happened to him

Got two small mirrors for a Christmas gift I was making where the image and wording would come through from the back. From what I paid, I guess if you don't spend a lot you will get what you pay for. Took the glass then to an engraver and they told me that the backing that was on it would destroy the mirror if pulled off. This glass dealer thought I wouldn't say anything, but I am, on Yelp. Went to another glass dealer, spent a little more and I am now satisfied with the piece I have. Can't wait to give my gift to a special friend when completed.

We were about to sell our house when we remembered about a big crack in one of our windows. We called one place and they said they were booked for the next 10 days. Called Greenback Glass and they came out that day to measure and told us they'd be back within 5 business days to fix it. We got a call 3 business days later and they came immediately and fixed the window. It looks good and we appreciated how fast they worked.

Needed glass installed on a frame for my off-road vehicle. Brought my own glass that was precut but it didn't fit . The person working who I believe was the owner told me he could attempt to cut the glass to fit . & that if it broke he would not be responsible. So of course I'm thinking it would somehow break . But it didn't he did a great job and charged a fair price . Def recommend

I went in for a tint for my brand new car. The guy was really friendly and he did an awesome job. There were a few bubbles but they were gone the next day. It's normal. I had my windows tinted on my other car and the bubbles disappeared after a few days too. I love how my car looks with the windows tinted. I am really happy and the price could not be beat. I recommend this place.

I had a great experience with Greenback Glass. I had the windshield replaced in my Subaru Forrester. So far everything is fine with the replacement. Andy also referred me to a body shop for some work I need done. When I called the body shop, Andy had already contacted them and they were expecting my call

My dad brought his car into Andy at Greenback Glass to have his car windows tinted. He opted for the best quality and highest priced film. When he picked his car up there were small air bubbles covering 3 out of the 5 windows he had done. Andy claimed they would dissipate over the following week and he also stated that they offer a lifetime warranty against such issues and to bring it back if they remained after a week. After a week the bubbles hadn't disappeared at all so my dad brought the car back to Andy and he refused to rectify the problem stating that there was nothing to be done due

On 2/11/2015 I brought my brand new car to this installer to have all my windows tinted. The gentleman seemed to be nice enough and seemed to have and accent which I would say is from either Russian or Armenian descent.
We engaged in small talk and finally came to an agreed price. This person was also going to be the one to install the actual film on the vehicle.
The work took about 2.5 hours to complete. I picked up the vehicle late afternoon and early evening and it was twilight by the time it was ready. Upon pick up, the installer said that there was going to be small bubbles and a hazy look

I was referred here by a friend a few weeks ago. I called today to get a quote. To my surprise it was fairly cheap and they had the glass in store in less than an hour. I dropped of my car and it was ready in 2 hours (there were others ahead of me). He even upgraded the glass and got the tinted option free of charge. Very nice guy and im satisfied

I would not even give him one star. We had him put a windshield into our RV before we left on a trip. During our trip across the US the windshield started to come apart from the seal. It's was very frightening. When we came back we called him and he came to fix it and again the same problem. We gave him another chance and let him install a windshield for our work truck and same garbage. When we took it back to him he denied that he had originally done the work. Pure garbage. Don't use him.

One glass shop even did not show up and second one after three hours came and check the problem he told me he had to order the part which would take over a week.
